Over five exciting days, children explored the classic Chinese tale “Journey to the West” through stories, crafts, games, and songs. From meeting the Monkey King and his friends to acting out the tale of the Red Boy, each day brought new vocabulary and imaginative learning experiences. Highlights included making Monkey King masks, crafting flaming mountains and bone demon hands, and singing themed nursery rhymes. Outings to the playground, botanical garden, and animal museum added real-world discovery to their storytelling adventures. The camp ended with happy faces, proud performances, special gifts, and certificates to celebrate their fun-filled journey of learning and creativity.
