Fall break has been a blast with our super exciting fall camp! Our children explored Chinese culture, learned about Chinese ethnicity and architecture, celebrated the Moon Festival, and jammed out to Chinese music and instruments. We even got inspired by Chinese calligraphy and paintings at the Rietberg museum to create our own individual Chinese paintings about the fall season. To top it off, we visited a Wingtsun studio where our children learned some basic moves. Besides the different activities, the children also learned various Chinese characters/sentences and songs throughout the week. Thank you to all who participated, and we can’t wait to see you at one of our classes or camps soon!
