Our Spring Camp came to an end last Friday. Throughout the week, children engaged in a variety of enriching activities led by “Little Mandarin.” They explored the world of dragons and went on a discovery journey of the Chinese zodiac at the zoological museum. They learned about the Qingming Festival and made Qingtuan treats, a Chinese pastry. They delved into Beijing opera and tried their hand at mask painting. The children learned how to paint bamboos and pandas using Chinese traditional techniques, creating their paintings on paper umbrellas. Finally, they learned about Bruce Lee and tried some Kungfu moves on their last day. Everyone had so much fun while learning Chinese culture, vocabularies, songs and children’s rhymes. Here is the link of our summer camp. Hope to see your child at our next camp (again)!
