The Switzerland regional round of the 7th Global Chinese Recitation Competition was successfully held, coordinated by six of the largest Chinese schools across the country. The competition welcomes all participants aged 3 to 18 to recite poems and short stories and texts in Chinese. In the first round, we received numerous impressive video submissions from students showcasing their Chinese language skills, from expressive recitations to heartfelt performances.
On the 5 May 2024, the semi-final took place. We are thrilled to announce that one of our students won the privilege to represent Switzerland to attend the global final round of the competition!
Our young learners have dedicated themselves to practicing and preparing for this event, and their efforts have truly paid off. We are incredibly proud of their hard work, courage, and achievements.
We highly encourage more students to participate in next year’s competition and similar events. These are wonderful opportunities for children to develop, practice, and showcase their Chinese language skills in a meaningful and inspiring way.

第七届全球华语朗诵大赛瑞士赛区于近日圆满落幕。本次赛事由瑞士六所最具规模的中文学校联合主办，面向3至18岁的学生，鼓励他们通过朗诵中文诗词、短文等形式，展示中文表达能力。
在第一轮比赛中，我们收到了大量精彩的视频投稿。学生们通过富有表现力的朗诵和真挚动人的表演，充分展现了他们的中文语言能力。
5月5日，瑞士赛区的半决赛成功举办。我们非常高兴地宣布，我校一位学生荣获代表瑞士参加全球总决赛的资格！
这些小选手为比赛投入了大量时间与精力。他们认真练习，精心准备，最终在舞台上闪耀光芒。我们为他们的努力、勇气与成就感到无比骄傲。
我们诚挚地鼓励更多学生在明年积极参加此类比赛。这样的活动不仅能提升孩子们的中文能力，更是一次难得的展示机会与成长体验。
